Advance Payments Policy:
We at Banaras Tour (Unit of Creative Culture) offer very practicable advance payment. Once guest accepts our itinerary and proposal quote, we request for partial payment. The percentage of partial payment depends on the services that we have to provide. Balance can be paid at time of arrival in Varanasi/India. However partial payment and balance payment system are not applicable during the peak season like Christmas, New Year, Conference / Trade Fair or sold-out dates. As we have to pay 100% advance to vendors to confirm hold the bookings
For Flight Tickets either domestic or International flight we need full 100% advance.
Cancellation Policy:
For Groups:-
- If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival – 15% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
- If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
- If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival – Advance received amount will be adjusted as retention charge
- For any Flight Tickets (Domestic or International) – Non Refundable
For FIT:-
- If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival –0% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
- If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the “Tour Cost” will be charged
- If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival – Advance received amount will be adjusted as retention charge
- For any Flight Tickets (Domestic or International) – Non Refundable

FIT in tourism is an acronym for Free Independent Travelers. They are people who travel independently without being a part of any tour group.
